Tentative October Calendar Big Shout Out to yourgreens.salad for sponsoring our teacher and staff of the month gift vouchers. We also would like to welcome a new program wheel.fun to our campus they have provided bikes, helmets, and other gear to begin an after school biking club. The club sponsor for this new club will be Mrs. A Ochoa. Our new SMS Jazz Band is warming up, stay tuned for upcoming presentations.

Hello Parents, please return signed report card yellow envelop and technology agreement if you haven't done so. If you checked "yes" for the insurance you can either send payment with student, stop by our office during school hours, or pay during conferences. Lastly, if our Cobras plan to participate in our awareness spirit week we kindly ask that they follow proper dress code to avoid discipline interventions.

October is here! Parents and guardians, if you plan to purchase a costume for your student to wear to school on Friday, October 30, please review these costume guidelines before shopping. Planning ahead will help our Cobras enjoy a fun, safe school day and avoid needing a change of clothes or having inappropriate props confiscated.

Hello Parents, thank you for everyone that was able to join us for our September PTO. Here is a quick recap with additional flyers of information for you to review.

We hope to see you at our monthly PTO today where this month our social studies department will be showcase what they are learning, we will review the updated MacBook technology agreement, safety school updates, and student recognitions. Our office staff will be available to collect insurance fees during the meeting, cash only. If you haven't sent in the signed technology agreement, please do so as soon as possible.

Parents, new technology agreement and information was sent home with students today. Several students will have schedule changes to ensure their homeroom and 8th period match for our MacBook checkout daily procedure. Please review and only return the signed (color paper) tech agreement. Insurance fee is highly encouraged to cover any possible device damage.

Morning Parents, We expect rain over the next two days. If needed, students may bring an umbrella that fits inside their backpack. If the courtyard is wet, we may keep students indoors to help prevent slips and falls. Please be patient with phone lines as there is always a chance that we may lose power or phone line service. In case of an outage is expected to last more than an hour, we will use this platform to communicate the steps for possible early dismissal. Lastly, we ask that you remind our Cobras to walk carefully as sidewalks may be slippery and avoid running or walking through puddles.

Student Council Spirit Week! These fundraising activities are optional and will happen throughout the year to support various clubs. Student who will not participate would need to continue to wear their school uniform.
